Teriyaki Meatballs

Ingredients :
- 500g of ground pork/ground chicken
- ½ minced onion
- 2 minced ginger
- Chopped parsley
- Five-spice powder
- Pepper
- Neptune Bouillon granules
- 1 egg
- Breadcrumbs
- 80ml of vinegar
- 55g of brown sugar
- 80ml of filtered water
- 60m of soy sauce
- 60ml of cooking oil
- 15g of wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons of minced ginger
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons of roasted sesame
Instructions :
Step 1:
- Add all of the first ingredients for the meatballs into a large bowl, mix the ingredients together.
Step 2:
- Make equal-sized meatballs. Spread the cooking oil on a tray and place the meatballs on the tray, cook them in the oven at 1750C for 15 minutes.
Step 3:
- Add the ingredients for the teriyaki sauce in a small pot, heat them over medium heat, stir until the sugar is melted and continue cooking until the sauce is reduced.
Step 4:
- Use a special brush to spread the sauce on the grilled meatballs, cook them in the oven for another 5 minutes. Serve dishes on a plate with steamed rice.
