Hong Kong Style Crab With Noodles

Ingredients :

  • 700g of crabmeat 
  • 150g of rice noodles
  • 100g of Chinese broccoli 
  • 50g of carrot 
  • 50g of celery 
  • 50g of dried shrimp 
  • 20g of chili 
  • 20g of minced red onion 
  • 20g of minced garlic 
  • 10g of crispy frying mix 
  • Cooking oil
  • Char sui sauce
  • Nam Duong satay sauce
  • Nam Duong soy sauce

Instructions :

Step 1:

  • Scrub the crab, split it into 4 parts, break off the crab pincers with a knife, cut off the crab’s claws, cover with the crispy frying mix for 7 minutes. Rinse the Chinese broccoli and cut up. Peel, wash and shred the carrots. Wash the celery and cut it into long strip. Soak, wash and dice the shrimps. Slice the peppers into cubes. Heat the oil in a pan, stir-fry the crab.

Step 2:

  • Soak the noodles in boiling water for 1 minute, take them out and rinse under cold water, then drain. Heat some oil, stir fry the noodles and remove. Heat more oil and stir fry the minced onion and garlic, add the celery, Chinese broccoli, carrot, and dried shrimp and stir-fry them with soy sauce, add 30ml of water then put the crab to soak in spices over a large flame, then remove the crab after 1 minute. Pour the noodles in and stir-fry until the water dries out. Put everything in to a clay pot, then shake the crab over the top, serve it immediately.
