Rice With Spicy Fried Chicken And Basil Leaves

Ingredients :
- 3 bowls of chicken
- 50g of green bell pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 bulb of garlic
- 2 pieces of chili pepper
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon of bouillon granules
- 2 tablespoons of fish sauce
- 2.5 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of black soy sauce
- Basil leaves
- Cooking oil
Instructions :
Step 1:
- Mince the chili, pound the garlic, dice the bell pepper, and wash the basil leaves. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, marinating the chicken with the oyster sauce, sugar, bouillon granules, fish sauce, soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of cooking oil.
Step 2:
- Fry the garlic and chili in the pan and stir-fry the chicken. Add the bell peppers and some water, then fry. Finally, put the basil leaves into the pan, quickly stir-frying over a large flame and turn off the heat.
Step 3:
- In another pan, heat the oil and fry the rice. Add the eggs and stir through the rice evenly. Season to taste. Serve the fried rice on a plate, add the stir-fried chicken with bell peppers and basil leaves, serve hot.
