Sautéed Diced Beef With Macaroni

Ingredients :
- 200g of Meizan premium macaroni
- 300g of beef
- 200g of bell pepper
- 50g of onions
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons of oyster sauce
- 6 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 6 tablespoons of chili
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- Spices
Instructions :
Step 1
- Boil the macaroni in boiling water for 10-12 minutes.
- Strain the noodles, cool them with cold water and then drain, and mix with 1 tablespoon of oil so that the macaroni will not stick together.
Step 2
- Slice the beef into square shapes, marinate with spices (salt and pepper) for 15 minutes.
Step 3
- Mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, tomato sauce, chili sauce and sugar and stir well to make the sauce.
Step 4
- Cut the bell peppers and onions into bite-sized pieces, stir-fry, remove and put on to a plate.
- Stir-fry the beef, add the sautéed vegetables into the sauce and stir-fry them.
Step 5
- Turn off the stove, pour the sauce over the macaroni and serve hot.
