Sautéed Diced Beef With Macaroni

Ingredients :

  • 200g of Meizan premium macaroni 
  • 300g of beef
  • 200g of bell pepper 
  • 50g of onions
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce 
  • 3 tablespoons of oyster sauce
  • 6 tablespoons of tomato sauce
  • 6 tablespoons of chili 
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar 
  • Spices

Instructions :

Step 1

  • Boil the macaroni in boiling water for 10-12 minutes.
  • Strain the noodles, cool them with cold water and then drain, and mix with 1 tablespoon of oil so that the macaroni will not stick together.

Step 2

  • Slice the beef into square shapes, marinate with spices (salt and pepper) for 15 minutes.

Step 3

  • Mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, tomato sauce, chili sauce and sugar and stir well to make the sauce.

Step 4

  • Cut the bell peppers and onions into bite-sized pieces, stir-fry, remove and put on to a plate.
  • Stir-fry the beef, add the sautéed vegetables into the sauce and stir-fry them.

Step 5

  • Turn off the stove, pour the sauce over the macaroni and serve hot.​
