Noodles Mixed With Malaysian Satay

Ingredients :

  • 500g of onions 
  • 250g of chicken breast 
  • 500g of small dried shrimp
  • 20g of ground pepper
  • 5g of cumin 
  • 5g of cape yellowwood 
  • 30g of dried chili 
  • 70g of sugar 
  • 30g of Neptune bouillon granules 
  • 500ml of cooking oil
  • 50g of annatto 
  • 50g of Malaysian spice paste 
  • 500g of Mung bean sprout 
  • 5 pieces of tofu 
  • 5 eggs
  • 30g of minced garlic
  • 1 packet of Meizan egg noodles

Instructions :

Step 1

  • Cut the tofu into pieces, fry it until golden, rinse the mung bean sprouts, wash the chicken breast and chop into pieces, boil the eggs and peel them.

Step 2

  • Cook the satay sauce: fry the onions until it smells fragrant, add the cumin, Indian pepper, annatto, sugar, Neptune bouillon granules, minced garlic, ground pepper, small dried shrimp, sliced dried chili, the chicken breast and some water, stir fry them until it smells good.

Step 3

  • Boil the egg noodles until they are medium cooked, remove and drain the excess water.

Step 4

  • Fry the garlic with oil, add the tofu and season with Malaysian spice paste until it tastes good.
  • Add the mung bean sprouts and fry, turn off the stove immediately.
