Chaozhou Crab and Shrimp Spring Rolls

Ingredients :
- 200g of fresh king prawns
- 100g of fresh crab meat
- 100g of cassava root
- 50g of ginger
- 200g of breadcrumbs
- Salt
- Sugar
- Ground pepper
- 2 eggs
- Cooking oil
- Salad with vinegar dressing
Instructions :
Step 1:
- Rinse the prawns with salt water, remove the black strip on the back of the prawns, use a knife to crush. Peel the cassava root, rinse, and chop into small cubes. Peel and chop the ginger.
Step 2:
- Mix together the prawns, crab meat, cassava, ginger, and eggs, and season with salt, sugar, ground pepper. Mix together well then shape it into small, round balls.
Step 3:
- Roll through the breadcrumbs, then fry in a deep pan with oil. Put the food on the plate, serve with salad with vinegar dressing.
