Fried Rice With Green Curry And Shredded Chicken

Ingredients :

  • 1 bowl of cooked rice
  • 150g of chicken breast
  • 2 chicken eggs
  • 1 onion
  • 1  tablespoon of green curry sauce
  • 10ml of coconut milk 
  • Cooking oil
  • Soy sauce
  • Chili

Instructions :

Step 1:

  • Wash the chicken breast, use absorbent paper to dry it off. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Fry the chicken in hot oil until it is cooked and golden brown.

Step 2:

  • Peel and cut the onion into small cubes. Heat the oil in a pan, stir-fry the onion. When the onion is nearly cooked, add the green curry sauce. Add the coconut milk to the pan and stir well, for about 10 seconds.

Step 3:

  • Put the rice in the pan and stir it well, blend it with the sauce, add some soy sauce to taste.

Step 4:

  • Shred the chicken and mix with rice.

Step 5:

  • Fry the eggs.

Step 6:

  • Serve the rice and chicken on a plate, spread the egg over the top, decorate with chopped chili. Serve hot.
