Korean Style Beef And Mushroom Hotpot

Ingredients :
- 500g of beef
- 200g of enokitake
- 100g of ganoderma
- 200g of shiitake
- 200g of fungus
- 100g of Abalone mushroom
- 1 zucchini
- 1 carrot
- 2 leeks
- 100g of crown daisy
- 100g of Korean dried anchovies
- 1 pear
- 1 onion
- 100ml of vinegar
- Sugar
- Salt
- Soy sauce
- Mustard
- Sesame oil
Instructions :
Step 1:
- Cut the roots off all of the mushrooms, wash them then drain. Wash and peel the zucchini and carrot, slice the carrot into long, medium-sized pieces. Cut the leeks into long strips. Wash the crown daisies and cut them into short pieces. Peel the pear and squeeze out the juice.
Step 2:
- Wash the beef, cut it into thin slices, marinate it with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 4 tablespoons of pear juice, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of mustard, and leave them in 30 minutes. Wash the dried anchovies through with cold water to remove any dust, use them to cook a broth for 30 minutes. During the cooking process, season with spices to taste. Remove the dried anchovies when the soup tastes good.
Step 3:
- Prepare a shallow pot and put in all of the ingredients: mushrooms, vegetables, beef, then pour in the seasoned soup and boil it over a high heat, then finish the ingredients until cooked and enjoy. Prepare the sauce: Mix soy sauce with sugar, and mustard, add a little vinegar.
