Hong Kong Style BBQ

Ingredients :

  • 250g of pork tenderloin meat
  • 3 tablespoons of BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of white wine
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of honey

Instructions :

Step 1:

  • In a small bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, wine, soy sauce, and honey. Rinse the pork, then marinate it with the mixed sauce.

Step 2:

  • Preheat the oven to 220oC, place the marinated meat on a baking tray, add the marinating sauce and wrap. Bake for about 50 minutes. After 50 minutes has passed, remove the tray from the oven.

Step 3:

  • Brush the sauce over the meat, then cook for another 10-15 minutes. There is no need to wrap it up this time. Remove the cooked meat then chop, serve with rice noodles, lettuce or steamed rice.
