Hong Kong Style BBQ

Ingredients :
- 250g of pork tenderloin meat
- 3 tablespoons of BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons of white wine
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of honey
Instructions :
Step 1:
- In a small bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, wine, soy sauce, and honey. Rinse the pork, then marinate it with the mixed sauce.
Step 2:
- Preheat the oven to 220oC, place the marinated meat on a baking tray, add the marinating sauce and wrap. Bake for about 50 minutes. After 50 minutes has passed, remove the tray from the oven.
Step 3:
- Brush the sauce over the meat, then cook for another 10-15 minutes. There is no need to wrap it up this time. Remove the cooked meat then chop, serve with rice noodles, lettuce or steamed rice.
